Hasan Işıklı received his undergraduate degree in Graphic Design from Bilkent University (TR). Following his master's degree in graphic design specializing in color theory at Jean Jaurès University (FR), he returned to Izmir and worked on graphic design projects for cultural events under his first venture, Hillustration Studio. He obtained his doctorate in art from Ghent University (BE). After his experience in academia and the private sector, he transformed Hillustration Studio into Hi Journey Art and Design Studio at the end of 2024. Currently, he teaches theoretical and applied courses at Yaşar University, Faculty of Communication, while also managing Hi Journey and organizing comic book and painting workshops.
